Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the size, color or cut, you can exchange/return the swimwear within 14 days after reception. Swimwear are carefully checked before shipping, however if you inadvertently received an incorrect or defective product, please do inform us as soon as possible.
Please indicate what color/size you would like to change it for. When we receive the swimwear we will proceed to a detailed verification. Once the exchange approved, you will receive a new package with the required items.
If, by the time of the exchange, we don't have the item in stock, you can either wait until we refill our stock (up to 4 weeks) or request a refund using the form below.
The swimwear must be sent with tracking number at your costs and the exchanged items shipping costs will be covered by HANAJANA Swimwear.
The items will be reviewed and the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer. If you have paid using a foreign currency you will be refunded of the amount using XE.com conversion rate at the time of the request.
If the items are damaged, they will be returned to your address, and you won't be elligible for a refund/exchange.
The swimwear must be sent back securely wrapped (we recommend using bubble envelope) with the original HANAJANA label(s) and hygienic sticker. Swimwear must have never been washed or worn and shouldn't be damaged.
To be elligible for refund/exchange, the swimwear must not be used in any way. When testing, you should observe basic hygienic requirements, preferably through underwear. If it fails to comply with the established health conditions, you won't be elligble for a refund as per the Directive 97/7/ES on the protection of the consumer in the case of distance contracts.
