Where do I enter my discount code?

If paying using our integrated checkout: The discount code has to be entered when filling in your shipping information such as name, email, address, country etc.

Why do prices change at checkout?

You can view our prices in 3 currencies. You can therefore select your currency by clicking on the dropdown located at the top right hand corner of our website. The prices will be displayed in your chosen currency, however, all transactions are processed in CZK at the checkout.

Do I pay incoming duties and taxes on my bikini?

All incoming taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. HANAJANA Swimwear are not liable for the customs charges and taxes levied by your country. If applicable, these fees will be due at the point of, or after delivery. For more information about the duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We happily ship all over the world!

Can I pay in Euros?

Yes, you can if you choose the bank transfer payment option. Please email us at info@hanajanaswimwear.com for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to have all orders shipped out within 72 hours of them being placed. Any orders placed on the week-end or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

Why haven't I received a shipping or confirmation email?

Please be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact us at info@hanajanaswimwear.com so we can help you out!

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and all the information required to track your package. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like more information, please email us at info@hanajanaswimwear.com

My item(s) didn't arrive yet, what should I do?

If you don’t receive the goods within 30 days please email us at info@hanajanaswimwear.com

How long do I have to return/exchange the bikini?

If you are not satisfied with the size, color or cut, you can exchange/return the swimwear within 14 days after reception. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

What does “limited edition” mean?

Limited Edition means that we only produce a certain number of each style and we won’t be restocking if/when it sells out.

Pre-order, what is it?

Pre-Ordering means you are buying and reserving your item before it has actually been released. All pieces on "pre-order" are still in production with our factory and will be shipped out as soon as they are completed. Demand can be very high on some items and they often sell out completely before they physically arrive in stock. Production time can vary but we do our best to give you an accurate estimation of when to expect each pre-order item in the product's description. Please note that delays can sometimes occur, i.e. sourcing of materials, shipments held in customs, etc. Shipment dates are therefore not guaranteed.

Do any of your tops have padding?

Yes, Viktorie, Alexa and Michaela tops have padding. You can also choose push-up padding for Michaela and Alexa tops (for size XS and S only).

How long does it take for items to be restocked?

We always produce a limited quantity at a time. If the product you want is out of stock, you can send an email on info@hanajanaswimwear.com or use our restock notification located in the product description of the item of your choice. As soon as the item is back in stock, we'll give you a heads up. Be fast though because other girls might put them in their carts real quick!
Tip: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or colour you like! Stocking can take up to 8 weeks and some items are limited edition only therefore they may never be restocked again.

What are the payment options?

You can pay using three different payment methods:

  • Gopay, if you want to pay by credit/debit card please use this method as first choice
  • Paypal, using your paypal account (note that they have improved the checkout experience and you can now pay using your credit/debit card without using your account)
  • Bank transfer (to be paid within 5 business days from the moment you complete an order using bank transfer)
